2. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be confirmed with full specifications before production begins.
- Full or partial payment may be required upfront depending on the order size.
- Prices are subject to change and will be clearly communicated before any transaction.
3. Design Approval
We will provide a digital proof for your approval (where applicable). It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of design, spelling, and layout. Once approved, Huds Creative is not liable for any errors.
4. Production & Delivery Time
- Standard turnaround time is 5-10 working days, depending on order volume and complexity.
- Delays caused by external factors (e.g., supplier issues, courier delays) are not the responsibility of Huds Creative, but we will do our best to inform you promptly.
5. Refunds & Returns Policy
We strive to provide high-quality printed products and excellent customer service. However, if you encounter any issues:
Eligible for Refund/Replacement if:
- Product is damaged upon delivery
- Item received is significantly different from what was ordered
- Wrong item was delivered
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Errors in design that were approved by customer
- Slight colour or print variation due to production process
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
- Provide photos and a clear explanation of the issue
- If approved, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit
6. Intellectual Property
All designs submitted by customers are assumed to be original or authorized. Huds Creative is not responsible for copyright infringement if content is provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to use completed designs or images of printed items for our portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
7. Limitation of Liability
Huds Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
